Down Memory Lane... Broke My Hand

I was in the 7th grade, we had a drill on cricker, or some what like that, exercise with the bat in our hand. So after school, on a Friday, I left for home with a bunch of friends, we usually walked our way home from school. Like any other day, we walked through the field, it was a shortcut or some what from school to our (respective) houses. While walking, some friends (from different grade) wanted to know how was the drill we were preparing for, so we showed them a small demonstration. While demonstrating, I somehow slipped and landed on my left hand, the others helped me up but the pain was unbareable, so I began to walk as fast as I could and reach home. After reaching home, I told my brother and father about the fall and that it was paining bad. My brother quickly took out a bandage and wrapped it around my arm. Later in the evening, when mom came home from work, she saw my hand, and noticed that it was swollen, she quickly took my to the hospital (the hospital my mom worked as a assistant nurse, which was at Andheri, Mumbai). So in the train we went, from Vasai to Andheri, then got a rickshaw to Holy Spirit Hospital, where I got to know that it was a fractre.

Dreams

Don't dream big, it won't help you achieve big things. It's how you start by achieving small things and one day achieving something huge, likewise, dream small, chase it, only then you'll be able to chase away bigger dreams, it's a small step everytime.

A Conversation!

A boy was sitting all alone in open air deep into thoughts day dreaming looking on the clouds. Suddenly he thought he heard some voice, someone was calling his name, he looked around but saw no one, he stood still and began to look all over for that voice but he couldn't find anyone or anything there. So he started day dreaming again, another voice, someone calling his name, he again looked aground closely, then upon a small branch of a tree he found a little man sitting and smiling at him. He asked that little man if he was the one calling him, 'Yes', the little man replied and asked the boy what he was thinking about. The boy innocently questioned, "It's middle of November but it's still hot". "So what do you want", asked the little man, "do you want it to snow?" The boy started lagging out loud to this, "Ha ha, what fun it would be if it snowed here!" the boy thought of joy.

But it was not going to snow, was it. Hot summer says don't seem to end but the coolness of winter still chills everyone from time to time.
